Recently I used Sam's Club for a puzzle and playing cards to be used as items in a school auction. I knew it would take several weeks so I ordered in plenty of time. The online software to upload photos worked well and I uploaded a class picture for the puzzle and our current years motto for the playing cards. I had to work a long time on my pictures to get them to fit into the space properly and I had room to spare on the sides when the order was submitted. However, when I received the items they had both been cropped farther in than the image I uploaded. Kids were cut in half on the sides of the puzzles and the dates were partially cut off the playing cards. I called and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with them and even spoke with a technical support person for the photo area. He was able to look at what I had uploaded and said yes those pictures were good and they would reprocess my order. Needless to say I was under a deadline now and told him so and he said no problem they could get it. Only one of the items came in in time and of course it was still wrong. I just want to warn anyone that what you upload won't necessarily be what you get and I guess there is no quality check at all.
