MPIX touts their expert technicians will color adjust your pictures to ensure a great print. Further, that if you use their color adjust service, and you are not happy with the results, let them know and they will reprint. I was surprised to find they allowed several of my prints to be sent with yellow colorcast and overly dark. After communicating the issues with two of my prints, their customer service rep, Herb, exchanged several emails with me but then never followed through. Eventually I received one of the two reprints and the color correction while eliminating the yellow was better left the print washed out. The second reprint never did arrive despite Herb's acknoledgement.
MPIX is very pricey. While there initial delivery was stellar, the print quality was poor; color correction non-existent; follow-up customer service abismal. Do yourself a favor and find other professional photo labs. My prints from Eastern Photographic in Lowell, MA was spot on the first time and they will be happy to provide personal attention.
