Great National Camera and Digital Imaging may appear to be a large company from the look of their website, but if they are, they are highly in need of a site overhaul. You can only upload five images at a time without out downloading and installing their uploading software program.

We downloaded their software and installed it, but once we'd uploaded our photos, we couldn't find any instructions on how to order our prints, so we didn't order any.

We then tried their "Express Prints" service. This also said that our prints were uploaded, but again we couldn't figure out the next step. At this point we were pretty frustrated and gave up and feel that computer novices will probably do the same.
